epic mountain bike rides thru variuos state parks in new jersey.

i hadn't have much time to update my blog here.
so,.on sunday 4/3/2011 i started out from my apt at 7am to begin my journey in search of epic mountain bike route combining roads, backroads and offroads.
first state parks are high mountain wich is located not far from where i live.high mountain is small parks in the heart of william paterson univ in wayne.it's just serfe me as my short cut thru others bigger parks.

the next one is,.ramapo state parks in oakland.so..i rode on this cannonbal trails to get to ringwood state parks(another big parks) soon,.after reaching ringwood side by keep riding on cannonbal trails then follow by yellow.then head out from ringwood towards west milford for the next parks.
jungle habitats..was a former zoo park.build in the 70's.only the remnants that stay behind in this huge open area.wich is now currently had tennese pipeline running thru it.

i didn't spend much time riding here,.so i keep on going after riding on tthe orange and white trails for a while.
then on my way to the next one,..wawayanda state park wich is only 12miles from here.
but,..i decided not to go there as i'm feel so..exhausted from riding my wrong gearing combo (i run my singlespeed with 31x17) i should have lighter gear the next time i got back here again...
so..i turn around at clinton rd that famouswith thier blind turn roads "the dead man curve"...

arrived at my apt at 7pm at mileage 88miles.

  1. The sport of mountain biking is one of the best active sports you can do for a number of fitness reasons and depending on what style of mountain biking you partake in, it can be also a great deal of fun as well as keeping you fit at the same time.
